MY PROGRAMMES

I've identified 3 core areas that I see regularly in clinic. In an ideal world I'd see all my patients structure their appointments with these programmes in mind.  The reality is that they can be quite time consuming & expensive to work through!

For complex cases these are certainly the best option.  There is no quick fix/ magic bullet and returning your body to health is a journey, and one that I can help you start.  If you want to know more then the best thing to do is send me an email and I will be in touch.

 

Stress

Address lifestyle factors that afre affecting your ability to handle stress. A Vitality & Wellbeing Plan will help you stay on track. Regular massage is also a great way to stay on top of stress - and I offer that here at nourishe too!

Energy

Fight fatigue and feel healthier & more energised. I'll develop a Vitality & Wellbeing Plan based on my in clinic assessments.  Generally you'll start with a system cleanse and some focused nutritional advice.  I'll follow up after a few weeks and re-assess how you're getting on.

Preconception

My aim is to support your fertility. This is all about making sure both you & your partner are as healthy as you can be prior to conception. We'll discuss optimal nutrition & make some lifestyle recommendations that I feel are best for you.
